Your products are hand made in our fantastic workshop in sunny Southend-on-sea.

Thanks for purchasing one of our handcrafted pieces. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale

All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. The specific lead time for each item is listed on its product page. We aim to keep these times as short as possible. Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched from our workshop within 24 hours. If you've ordered multiple items, they will all ship together 24 hours after the item with the longest lead time is finished. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, and the courier will then provide your delivery details.
